01 — The brief
A neighbourhood cafe competes with chains that have apps, points, and data. The owner needs the same machinery without the corporate feel — and without a developer on staff.
Matcha & Maine gives the cafe a digital stamp card with seasonal collectible editions, a referral scheme that rewards real first purchases, order-from-table connected to the till, and an owner dashboard that reads like a cockpit: customers, growth, revenue, busiest hours.
