The booking and accounts portal for Rafa Nadal Academy tennis camps in Thailand.
01 — The brief
A camp business runs on parents booking for children — eligibility by age, capacity by programme, payment across borders, and a founder who needs to see all of it without asking a developer.
RPN Active is the full machine: a gated front door where imported customers claim accounts, a booking wizard with server-authoritative pricing and atomic spot reservation, and an admin suite that gives the founder camps, signups, analytics, campaigns, and discounts in one place.

- —Booking wizard — basket, all-or-nothing spot reservation, atomic reserve and release
- —Stripe Checkout with cards and PromptPay, idempotent webhook finalisation

- —Lifecycle email system with scheduled sweeps and unsubscribe
- —305 real customer accounts imported and pre-created from the existing database

04 — The journey
- June 2026The engagement begins: Rafa Nadal Academy camps in Thailand need a booking home of their own.
- July 2026The machine takes shape — bookings, Stripe, the founder’s admin suite, lifecycle email.
- July 2026Three hundred and five existing customers imported and pre-created, ready to claim their accounts.
- August 2026Phase one code-complete on staging; go-live checklist underway. Phase two — coach and parent dashboards — in build.
